Return & Refund Policy

At Jiscovery.com, we understand how much you value every purchase and we are committed to
making your shopping experience with us as convenient as possible.


It is important to note while Jiscovery makes best efforts to ensure that returns and replacement are
available to our customers, we have to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet our
business, legal and contractual obligations. Please check under product description section to ascertain
whether the product is eligible for return or replacement.


What I can return and when?
(a) You receive a damaged, faulty or defective product.
(b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
(c) You can request a return or replacement of eligible products within 3 days of receipt of the
product.


What products can NOT be returned?
(a) Items that have been used, worn, washed or soiled.
(b) Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products.
(c) Bulky items like furniture, statues, paintings, planters, terracotta and ceramic items etc.
(d) Custom made products.
(e) Handmade products may have minor variation in shape, size and colour from those displayed
on the website and should not be considered as faulty or defective.


Conditions for returning products
(a) The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any
bills, tags, labels, manual, guarantee/warranty certificates and/or all accessories etc. in the
vendor packaging.
(b) Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.
(c) Brand packaging should be intact.
(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that
time.


Process for Return & Refunds
(a) To initiate the return or replacement, please reach out to our customer care team on
wecare@jiscovery.com or on +91 8810449223, along with the details of your order and the
reason for returning/ replacing the product/(s), within 2 days of receipt of your order. If you
have received a defective product, we request you to send us the relevant images of the
products.
(b) Once confirmed by our customer care team, the product can either be replaced or a refund will
be provided.
(c) While we will make all efforts to get the defective product picked up from you, please do note
that we may not have a reverse pick up facility at all times and we may request you to self-ship
the product to our address within 3 days of initiating the return/replacement process. We will
reimburse you for any reasonable shipping costs incurred by you, in this regard.
(d) Upon confirmation of receipt of the product by us, the refund will be processed within 5-7
business days to the original/selected mode of payment. For ‘cash on delivery’ orders,
Jiscovery would require your bank details as the refund will only be processed to a bank
account.
